Cancellation & Refund

As a rule, refunds are not accepted after payment. For rescheduling or cancellation, please contact us at least 24 hours before the lesson starts.
[Sightseeing Experience in Tokyo]
1. Rescheduling Fees:
* Up to 8 days before: Free of charge
* 7 to 2 days before: 30% of the tour fee
*24 hours before or on the day: 50% of the tour fee
2. Cancellation Fees:
* Up to 8 days before: 100% refund
* 7 to 3 days before: 50% of the tour fee
* 2 to 24 hours before: 70% of the tour fee
* On the day: 100% of the tour fee (No refund)
3. Exceptions:
No additional fees or cancellation charges will apply in the event of natural disasters or cancellations/changes caused by WONFUL JAPAN.
